• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

• You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We deliver across India using reliable courier services.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹[Insert Threshold]

• A nominal shipping fee of ₹[Insert Amount] is applicable for orders below the free shipping threshold

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

• You can also track your order on our website by entering your order ID or contact details.

5. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, we will notify you. Re-shipping will only be done once the correct address is confirmed and applicable shipping charges are paid.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your product arrives damaged or goes missing during transit:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share photos and your order details for prompt resolution

• We will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
