Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Gautam Ayurveda. We value your trust and are committed to providing you with authentic Ayurvedic products and excellent customer service. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products (herbal supplements, oils, powders, etc.), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

The product is damaged or defective

The wrong product has been delivered

The product is expired upon arrival
To request a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with photographic proof.
2. Refunds
Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

The item is unavailable or out of stock after payment
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. In some cases, it may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products without original packaging or invoice
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
